Batch Delivery Of Aerial Work Platforms Marks A New Journey

August 29, 2026 - Junjin Heavy Industry completed batch equipment delivery. Four units of 32-meter straight-boom aerial work platforms were officially delivered to a large shipyard. Deployed for shipbuilding high-altitude construction, the new equipment delivers enhanced power and helps the shipyard achieve upgraded operations with greater safety, standardization and efficiency.

news-545-276  The delivery followed standardized and rigorous procedures. At the delivery site, the technical team of Junjin Heavy Industry and the customer's project supervisor carried out multiple acceptance checks, including equipment arrival verification, overall-performance testing, boom-telescoping commissioning and safety-system trial-run. Meanwhile, technicians delivered special technical briefings covering equipment operation specifications, emergency-protection procedures, daily maintenance and site-operation precautions. This ensures operators fully master the complete operation skills for straight-boom aerial work platforms, enabling quick commissioning and stable operation of the equipment.

The delivered 32-meter straight-boom aerial work platforms are well-suited for complex working conditions inside shipyards. Boasting a working height of 32.3 meters and a working radius of 18 meters, the machines feature precise positioning and smooth movement. They readily adapt to large-span, high-drop construction scenarios in shipbuilding. Capable of stable travel on slopes of 25%-40%, the platforms perform well on shipyard dock ramps and uneven plant-site ground. With strong site adaptability, they effectively resolve long-standing industry pain points of limited mobility and poor condition compatibility for conventional high-altitude equipment.

Once put into service, the equipment will serve core shipyard construction scenarios comprehensively, including superstructure assembly, hull outfitting, outer-plate rust removal & anti-corrosion work, steel-structure maintenance and ship retrofitting. It covers full-process high-altitude construction demands across shipbuilding, supporting refined, high-quality production at shipyards.

news-630-252  Quality wins trust and strength drives cooperation. This successful delivery represents the customer's high recognition of the performance, quality and after-sales service system of Junjin Heavy Industry's aerial-work equipment. Going forward, Junjin Heavy Industry will continue to deepen its presence in the engineering-equipment sector, further optimize the performance of straight-boom aerial work platforms, focus on the demands of diverse complex engineering conditions, and keep delivering professional high-altitude work solutions featuring strong adaptability, high safety and high efficiency. We look forward to deepening long-term strategic partnerships with new and existing clients, and jointly facilitating high-quality development of engineering-construction and ship-building industries.
