Yantai Quanrui International Trade supplies robust Shipyard Dedicated Aerial Work Platform, tailor-made to cope with humid, corrosive, uneven dock environments unique to shipbuilding yards. Stable brake assemblies control chassis movement and full boom rotation, securing safe operation both on sloped ground and elevated working positions. Operators gain extra flexibility via a manual slew lock and brake release function, which makes short-distance towing simple whenever unit relocation is required. Separate platform and ground control consoles let crews adjust boom extension, lifting angle, rotation and chassis travel at will from either station.

We offer a broad working height range stretching from 20 meters up to 43 meters. Every unit runs with smooth, steady boom movement, reinforced sealed frames and complete safety protection. The standard 250kg platform load easily supports two operators alongside welding, sandblasting and surface treatment tools, making it equally suited for new ship construction and large-scale overhaul projects.
Heavy-duty off-road tires deliver 25% to 30% climbing capacity. Two adjustable travel speeds cater to different work states: 2–4 km/h for moving across the yard, and a slower 1 km/h speed when the boom is raised for lifting tasks. Generous ground clearance prevents scraping over rutted, muddy dock ground, adapting reliably to rough shipyard terrain year-round.
Engine configurations differ according to model size. Mid-range units from ST220C up to ST280N use durable Ankang power engines, while larger ST320N through ST430N models adopt high-performance Cummins power units. Oversized fuel tanks enable uninterrupted long shifts on site.
Standard safety kits include overload cutoff, tilt alarm and emergency descent systems, fully complying with strict shipyard heavy-duty safety standards for extended daily operation.
