1.Efficient & Uniform ANFO Mixing Performance
Adopts advanced broken-step progressive screw conveying technology plus precise diesel injection technology to realize full homogeneous blending of prilled ammonium nitrate and diesel fuel. Its adjustable charging speed ranges from 150kg/min up to maximum 450kg/min, with diesel mixing proportion controllable between 4.5%~6% and measurement error limited within ±2%, which effectively stabilizes finished explosive performance and cuts raw material waste.

2.Wide-range Rotatable Top-mounted Screw Boom
Fitted with front-mounted top mixing screw structure; the screw arm features a 350° full swing angle and 5m effective working radius, covering wide-area borehole positions. Operators can finish multi-point charging without frequently shifting the whole truck, greatly improving site construction efficiency.

3. Intelligent Closed-loop Electric Control System
The electrical control system is built with proportional valve regulation and closed-loop control technology, matched with handheld remote control terminal for flexible on-site remote operation. Standard factory fittings include cab air conditioner and on-board LED display screen, realizing real-time monitoring of feeding speed, oil proportion and operating status.
