Its overall dimensions are controlled within L≤12500mm, W≤2350mm, H≤2600mm. Compact turning radii (outer ≤7000mm, inner ≤4000mm) let it steer freely in cramped mine roadways. Power comes from a Deutz Euro III engine, delivering a full-load travel speed of 15km/h and 25% maximum climbing gradient. The truck weighs 12000kg empty with an 8000kg rated payload, and a built-in rearview camera boosts reversing safety underground. All models pass official MIIT announcements for fully compliant operation.

Hinged articulated frame navigates tight curved tunnels

The split hinge body shrinks turning space significantly, making it ideal for twisty small-section mine roadways. A minimum ground clearance above 250mm lets it roll over uneven underground ground without scraping, a clear performance edge over solid one-piece chassis trucks.

Accurate deep borehole emulsion charging

It handles horizontal, downward and upward blast holes starting at Φ40mm, with a maximum filling depth exceeding 40 meters. The emulsion matrix tank holds 500–1500kg, with adjustable charging flow between 20 and 60kg/min and measurement error kept under ±1%. We supply 1-inch and 3/4-inch charging hoses to match different borehole sizes.

Multi-joint Working Boom & Auto Hose Feeder

Working boom: max lift 7000mm, max extension 3100mm, swing ±45°, luffing -25°~60°. Elephant-trunk guide realizes hose bending and ±180° rotation. Hydraulic hose feeder auto-records length and matches retracting speed; 37kW/380V electro-hydraulic system with 100m standard cable delivers stable automatic operation.
