Its build stands apart from our top screw variant: all feed and mixing screw parts sit along the truck frame's two sides rather than over the cab. This design drops the center of gravity and trims total vehicle height, so it navigates restricted spaces far more easily.

Measuring 11100×2550×3900mm, this unit carries a maximum rated load of 16000kg. That breaks down to 14500kg (18.2m³) of porous prilled ammonium nitrate plus 1100kg (1.15m³) of blending diesel. It handles medium and large dry-hole blasting tasks at open-pit mines perfectly.

Low-profile Side Layout for Strong Site Adaptability

Different from traditional top-mounted models, thisSide-mounted Screw Type ANFO Explosive Truck places all mixing and feeding components on both sides of the chassis. This low-body design effectively reduces the overall vehicle height and center of gravity, allowing smooth passage through height-restricted mine zones, fenced yards and narrow quarry roads that are inaccessible for top-mounted trucks.

Consistent Feeding & Accurate ANFO Mixing

Adopting progressive screw conveying and precise diesel injection, the truck delivers even blending of ammonium nitrate and diesel. It supports adjustable charging rates from 150kg/min to 450kg/min, with a stable diesel ratio of 4.5%–6% and a measurement error within ±2%. This steady mixing quality reduces material waste. The 350° rotating screw provides a 5-meter working radius, covering multiple boreholes efficiently without frequent truck relocation.

Stable & User-Friendly Intelligent Control System

Equipped with closed-loop proportional valve control, the system supports flexible remote operation via handheld controller. Standard cab air conditioning and onboard LED screen allow real-time monitoring of feed speed, oil proportion and machine status. With stable daily operation and simple automated management, the truck maintains reliable performance for long-term blasting construction.
