15T Emulsion Explosive Charging Truck

YQME-15 on-site mixed emulsion explosive truck is an integrated mobile blasting unit. It stores raw materials and mixes emulsion components directly at blasting sites instead of transporting finished explosives, greatly lowering transportation safety risks. Suited for open-pit mines, quarries and hydropower & infrastructure blasting projects, its overall performance reaches advanced domestic level.This explosive loading vehicle adopts on‑site mixing operation mode, effectively improves blasting construction efficiency.

 

 

 

High-precision adjustable charging

Charging rate:100-280 kg/min, measurement tolerance ±1%. Tanks:1 m³ water,0.72 m³ sensitizer,0.35 m³ accelerator. Minimum borehole Φ70 mm. Standard 40 m /1.5-inch hose; 1-inch &2-inch optional.

 

Reliable conveying & wide-range boom

Water-ring design reduces blockage risk. Rotary boom swings 180° (±90°), completing multi-point charging without frequent truck relocation.

 

Dual-control for site-friendly operation

Local panel and wireless remote control are available. Real-time parameter display, vibration-resistant hardware fits harsh mine-site conditions.

Q1: Does it transport finished explosive?

A: No. Only raw materials are transported. Mixing and charging happen on blasting sites to avoid transport hazards.

 

Q2: Is small borehole available?

A: Minimum borehole Φ70 mm. Contact us for assessment for smaller holes.

 

Q3: About remote-control performance?

A: Industrial remote works within boom coverage. Switch to local panel under heavy signal obstacles.

 

Q4: Can hose be extended?

A: 40 m standard. Extra-long hose brings pressure loss and blockage risk, we will evaluate feasible length.

 

Q5: Suitable for cold or high-altitude sites?

A: Standard version for general mines. Notify us if you need cold-plateau adaptation.

 

Q6: Operator requirements?

A: Operators must finish equipment training and comply with local civil-explosive regulations. Blasting staff need valid certificates.
