Integrated Chassis Underground Emulsion Truck

Supplied by Yantai Quanrui International Trading Co., Ltd., our Integrated Chassis Underground Emulsion Truck is custom engineered exclusively for underground metal mines, coal pits and tunnel blasting works. Built around a robust one-piece integrated chassis, it navigates narrow, low-headroom underground roadways that standard trucks cannot fit into.

This unit carries exclusive core tech including upward-hole emulsion filling, normal temperature fast in-tank sensitization, water-ring delivery, borehole static mixing and belt feeding devices. It solves long-standing difficulties when charging horizontal, down and deep upward blast holes, with a maximum upward filling depth hitting over 40 meters.

1.Exclusive filling tech fits all-direction blast holes

We developed full in-house processing to deliver steady emulsion filling for horizontal, downward and deep upward holes. The deepest upward hole reach tops 40m, suited for blast holes starting at Φ40mm. The emulsion storage bin holds 500kg to 1500kg of matrix, with fill speed adjustable 20–60kg/min and measuring error held within ±1% to cut raw material waste. We supply 1-inch and 3/4-inch charging hoses as standard options.

2.Flexible Lifting Boom with Wide Operating Coverage

The working boom boasts 7000mm max lifting height, 3100mm maximum telescopic extension, ±45° swing angle and -25°~+60° luffing angle, enabling flexible positioning for varied underground hole layouts. The hose manipulator guiding structure supports pipe bending, up/down deflection and ±180° slewing composite movement to reach scattered boreholes efficiently.

3.Intelligent Hydraulic & Electrical Control System

Hydraulically driven hose retracting system automatically records feed pipe length and matches retraction speed synchronously. The electric system runs on 380V/50Hz power supply with 37kW main motor and standard 100m matching cable length. Automatic speed matching & closed-loop control greatly improves operation automation and onsite construction efficiency.

One-piece rigid chassis design delivers outstanding structural rigidity, excellent climbing and passing capacity to negotiate rugged, narrow underground tunnels; CAT low-emission engine plus reversing monitoring configuration further enhances reliability and driving safety under harsh underground working conditions.
