Safety Operating Procedures For Diesel Articulated Boom Lifts

Before operation, a comprehensive inspection of the equipment should be conducted, including key components such as the diesel engine, hydraulic system, tires, control devices, and safety protection systems. The equipment can only be put into use after confirming it is in normal working order.

Operators must be professionally trained and obtain relevant operating qualifications, and be familiar with the performance and operating procedures of the diesel-powered articulated boom lift.

During operation, load limits must be strictly observed; overloading is prohibited. Workers must wear safety belts correctly and secure safety ropes in designated locations.

In case of severe weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms, high-altitude operations should be stopped immediately to prevent accidents.

When moving the equipment, the work platform should first be lowered to its lowest position to ensure a stable center of gravity. High-speed movement with the platform raised is strictly prohibited.
