Down-the-Hole Hydraulic Integrated Drilling Rig

The SD-2000E heavy-duty crawler Down-the-Hole Hydraulic Integrated Drilling Rig is engineered for deep hole blasting at large open-pit mines, massive aggregate quarries and major infrastructure build sites.

This unit supports hole sizes spanning Φ110mm to Φ203mm, with two configurable maximum drilling depths: 31.5 meters and 55.5 meters, built for high-output deep excavation mining work. Power comes from a genuine Cummins QSX15 Tier diesel engine matched with a high-pressure, large-volume onboard air compressor. The all-in-one power setup cuts extra auxiliary equipment setup work on mine sites.

Broad drilling size range for ultra-deep blasting jobs

It handles medium to extra-large blast holes between Φ110 and Φ203mm. Dual depth configurations cover standard deep drilling and special ultra-deep mine construction tasks flexibly.

High-output matched power assembly

The 395kW Cummins engine works alongside a compressor delivering 25.5m³/min airflow at 24.56kg/cm² pressure. Ample air supply keeps large-size DTH hammers running fast and steadily for high penetration rates.

Strong off-road crawling performance

30° gradeability plus adjustable traveling speed adapts to rugged, steep large open-pit terrains.

Auto rod changer boosts site efficiency

7+1 automatic drill rod storage & changing structure reduces manual pipe handling, improves continuous drilling efficiency; compound hydraulic pump ensures stable rotary & feed action.
