How to correctly select a down-the-hole integrated drilling rig

There are many types of down-the-hole (DH) integrated drilling rigs on the market. Users need to make a scientific selection based on their actual construction needs to achieve better performance and return on investment.

First, consider the required borehole diameter and depth. Different models are suitable for different drilling operations. For example, small-diameter rigs are suitable for slope protection and anchor bolt construction, while large rigs are more suitable for mining blasting holes.

Second, pay attention to the rock hardness. The hardness of the rock strata in the construction environment directly affects equipment selection. If dealing with high-hardness rock for extended periods, prioritize DH integrated drilling rigs equipped with high-power air compressors and high-performance impactors.

Third, consider the construction environment. For mountainous projects with complex terrain, choose tracked rigs with strong climbing ability and good maneuverability. If the construction site is relatively flat, a more economical model can be selected based on actual needs.
