Structural components of diesel articulated boom lift

The safe and efficient operation of diesel-powered articulated boom lifts is inseparable from their rational structural design.

The equipment mainly consists of a chassis system, power system, boom mechanism, work platform, and control system. The chassis system is responsible for the vehicle's movement and support, and is a crucial foundation for the equipment's stable operation.

The power system typically uses a diesel engine to provide strong power output for the entire machine. Compared to electric equipment, diesel-powered articulated boom lifts are more suitable for long-term continuous outdoor work environments.

The boom mechanism is the core of the equipment. Through the combination of multiple boom sections and a hydraulic drive system, it achieves lifting, extension, and obstacle crossing functions. Operators can flexibly adjust the working position according to construction needs.

The work platform, located at the end of the boom, is used to carry workers and construction tools. The platform is usually equipped with guardrails, safety locks, and emergency stop devices to improve the safety of working at height.
