YQME-15 Emulsion Explosive Mixing & Charging Truck

Model YQME-15 is a specialized MEMU-type vehicle built for field blasting assignments. It integrates material storage, metered feeding, on-site compounding and borehole loading into one single truck unit. Instead of transporting ready-made explosive products, it carries inert emulsion-based raw materials to blasting zones and completes formulation and hole-charging right at the work site. With a 15-ton rated payload, this unit serves medium-scale blasting tasks across mines and construction sites. It lowers hazards brought by finished-explosive transit and storage while raising overall site operating efficiency.

1.Stable Output & Precise Dosing

This truck supports adjustable material output between 100 kg/min and 280 kg/min. Its metering system keeps deviation within ±1%, helping operators cut raw-material loss during blasting cycles. Three independent tanks hold water-phase feedstock, sensitizer and accelerant separately to guarantee steady ingredient ratios. Multiple hose alternatives are available to match diverse hole layouts, and it can fit boreholes starting from Φ70 mm.

2.Optimized Material Transfer & Flexible Working Arm

Advanced anti-resistance feeding structure reduces pipeline clogging probability and stabilizes material conveyance. The pivoting working arm can swing within 180 degrees. Operators can fill multiple groups of blast-holes without frequently repositioning the whole truck, enlarging effective operation coverage on rugged job-sites.

3.Smart Control & Handy Field Operation

The hydraulic-electric control system adopts proportional adjustment plus closed-loop feedback logic. A portable wireless remote controller lets staff conduct loading operations away from the truck body. The on-board display terminal continuously tracks temperature, pressure and flow status for real-time condition monitoring. High reliability reduces on-site breakdown risk, achieving decent automation and digital operation performance.

Well-suited for blasting work in open-pit coal mines, metallic mineral mines, stone quarries, hydropower facilities and large-scale infrastructure projects.
